Many Android apps available on Google Play are created and maintained by third-party developers, not by Google. For example, Facebook, Clash of Clans, Instagram, Puzzles & Dragons, and any other app that doesn't have Google listed as the developer. Sometimes the developer will be the best person to help with your issue, sometimes it will be Google.

• If an app or game on your device isn’t working properly, first try some troubleshooting steps which might fix your issue.
• If those don’t work, you should contact the developer for support. Find the contact details for the app developer.
